How much room do I need for the 360 booth?
Typically, we require a 10×10 to 12×12-foot area with a minimum of 8-foot overhead clearance. However, we can make adjustments to fit your event’s specific needs, should a smaller footprint be necessary.
Does the package include props?
Optional props are available to enhance the enjoyment of your event, with a variety of hand signs carefully chosen to complement the theme and atmosphere of your occasion. If you desire custom prop signs, our sales team is ready to assist you. Customized props can be arranged for an extra charge, designed to meet your individual needs.
Is it okay if I use my own props?
Sure thing! You're more than welcome to bring your own props. Feel free to mix and match them with ours or bring your own entirely, depending on what suits your event's needs.
How do I get my videos from the 360 booth?
Following the completion of a session, users can receive 360 videos through text or email. In cases where wifi or data is not accessible, we provide a direct QR download option.
Will I receive all of the videos captured from the 360 booth?
Sure thing! You can expect to receive a folder with all the event videos within three business days. Feel free to download and share them with anyone you want.
How long are the videos from the 360 booth?
The videos from the 360 booth are typically 16 seconds in duration to improve transmission speeds for users sharing via text or email. Adjustments can be made as necessary to accommodate different preferences.
